The Multi-Part Identifier 'UDF-Name' Cannot Be Bound.

I'm having a bit of a problem writing what I thought was going to be a rather straight-forward SP.  I'm getting a red flag from the editor on multiple lines.  The error is the same for all cases, "the multi-part identifier 'udf
