A few days ago i asked how Ebay.com or Amazon.com or Indeed.com created the item counts, typically on the left side of the web page. My theory was SQL Indexed Views or SQL Triggers or SQL Functions or a combination.Someone recently suggested OLAP cubes.Would that be a better solution than SQL Indexed Views or SQL Triggers or SQL Functions?Thanks
