Hi allI'm working with an desktop application that uses SSRS to render the reports. The current version of sql installed is 2012 sp1. I'm testing the upgrade to SQL 2014 and almost everything works fine with the crm application, except the print button of the inbuilt report viewer. it gives the error "Printing is not available.Verify that activex is enabled, or try using internet explorer for the desktop". I've search the error and tried the solutions presented but none of them works. i tried to reinstall RSCclientprint86 on the client, add the url of reportserver added to trust sites with permissions to download and run activex, made sure that the option "Enableclientprinting" is set to true in SSRS and none od this worked. When i tried to run the same url that the crm uses to render the report in Internet explorer, it works. I think that the crm is using ie6 controllers with the reportviewer.Anyone has any idea how to resolve this? Thanks
